the bedrooms

named after brown trout fishing flies, the bell now has eleven rooms individually decorated with luxury and comfort foremost in mind. all our rooms have bespoke beds with the finest linen, down duvets, traditional pure wool welsh blankets and an ensuite bathroom with complimentary toiletries which we encourage you to take home with you. illy coffee, fresh milk and traditional or herbal teas with crunchy homemade shortbread are also there for your enjoyment. the new rooms are heckham peckham, royal wulff and lough arrow - three more reasons to come and stay!

prices are based on two people sharing and include a morning paper, breakfast and the dreaded vat. single rate from £75.00 to £120.00 (not at weekends)

all bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, flatscreen tv and dvd/cd player, direct dial telephone and wi-fi connection. children are most welcome and we are more than happy to arrange special meals and early suppers (6pm) for them (although unfortunately only children over the age of 8 can dine in the restaurant in the evenings).

well-behaved and clean dogs are welcome by prior arrangement (although not in the restaurant or left unattended in the rooms).

please note that late cancellations (within one week) will be charged if we are unable to re-let the room.

we would like to ask guests to please note our cancellation policy
we do understand that sometimes the best laid plans go awry. however, we should like to point out that we do require seven days notice of a cancellation or change to your booking. obviously, we would always do our utmost to re-sell the room but unfortunately would have to charge if that proved impossible.

a note about breakfast at the bell
we like to think that our guests are able to enjoy complete relaxation from the hectic lives nearly everyone seems to live these days. that said, we purposely serve breakfast in the restaurant from 9 till 10am. if, however, anyone needs to eat earlier (or indeed later), we can provide continental breakfast in the room from 7.30am or full welsh downstairs from 8.30am, by prior arrangement.
